Erinn Wong Program Operations Manager, Venture Forward

Erinn Wong is the Program Operations Manager at Venture Forward. They are responsible for managing and growing Venture Forward’s programs to democratize access to the venture capital industry.

Before joining Venture Forward, Erinn worked at Adobe as a Business Operations Lead on the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team, where they implemented and managed tools, processes, and program management operations to help Adobe achieve its DEI goals more effectively. Prior to that, they were the first Talent Scout on Adobe’s D&I Talent Acquisition team for experienced hiring and helped build the infrastructure to scale equitable recruiting across the company.

Erinn also worked at Awaken, a leading DEI education firm, supporting training and workshop program operations, and at HP, where they built recruitment programs for MBA marketing students.

Erinn holds dual degrees from the University of California, Berkeley — a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a B.A. in Media Studies. While at Berkeley, they launched the DEI function within the Haas undergraduate student government, leading strategy and governance efforts to strengthen inclusive leadership, recruitment, and retention for over 16 student organizations and 900 students. They also co-founded Bear Closet, a student-led course and organization connecting LGBTQ+ students with Bay Area youth to promote mental health through personal storytelling and community building.
