Garrett Mueller Manager, Membership Operations and Events

Garrett Mueller serves as Manager of Membership Operations and Events at the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA). He supports NVCA’s membership efforts by curating webinars, round tables, conferences, summits, awards programs, receptions, and other virtual and in-person events.

Prior to joining NVCA in September 2026, Garrett was a Corporate Affairs Coordinator at Ørsted, the world’s largest offshore wind developer. His work spanned government relations, internal communications, crisis management, and executive positioning during a period of significant disruption in the clean energy industry.

Before joining Ørsted, Garrett was a fundraiser for Representative Mary Peltola (D-AK-AL), organizing events in Washington, D.C., and across Alaska’s at-large congressional district. He also served as a fundraiser at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), working with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Chairwoman Suzan DelBene, and other senior House Democrats to support vulnerable frontline House Democrats and increase congressional giving to the committee.

Garrett completed his undergraduate studies at California Lutheran University and studied abroad at Balliol College, University of Oxford. He resides in Washington, D.C.
