Members-only LLMs at the Fund Level: What VC Firms Are Building, Buying, and Actually Using

NVCA, in partnership with Moneta Ventures, is convening a members-only workshop for GPs and senior leaders who are hands-on with LLMs and AI tools inside their firms. No recording, no slides-for-show—just peer-to-peer best-practice sharing among people doing the work.
Moneta will open by demonstrating the internal LLM platform they built over several months to support diligence and investment decisions. From there, it’s an open, interactive discussion covering:
- Proprietary LLM development and internal builds
- Diligence, deal flow, and investment workflows
- Portfolio support and internal knowledge management
- Third-party AI products that delivered—and ones that fell short
A quick note: Participation is application-based, and seats are intentionally limited to keep the conversation focused and practical. We’ll also select 2–3 members to briefly share a product, workflow, or build they’ve tested. This session will be most valuable for those willing to trade candid observations and real implementation lessons with peers.
