Jason’s background includes nearly 20 years of experience in business development, membership, partnerships, and project management. As Vice President of Business Development and Membership at NVCA, he brings experience across a publicly traded company, a startup, congressional office, and 501(c)(6) trade associations.
Jason began his career as an auditor and analyst on the business development team at PRA Group, Inc., a global leader in the acquisition of non-performing financial assets. That experience sparked his interest in financial services, public policy, and the intersection of business and government, leading him to Washington, D.C., where he worked for a startup and interned in the U.S. Senate.
Prior to joining NVCA, Jason served on the Corporate Relations team at the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, where he helped strengthen relationships with more than 300 corporate members and supported the organization’s broader revenue, sponsorship, and corporate engagement efforts.
Jason received his B.A. and M.B.A. from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and earned a graduate certificate in Corporate Finance from Georgetown University. He also successfully passed the Level I CFA Exam on his first attempt in November 2025.
In his spare time, Jason can be found hiking near his weekend retreat in Sperryville, Virginia, boxing at MADabolic, or playing pickleball.
