NVCA Statement on the Passing of James Morgan 

WASHINGTON, DC – National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) President and CEO Bobby Franklin issued the following statement in response to the passing of Jim Morgan:  

“We join the venture community in mourning the loss of James Morgan, a former NVCA Board Chair and steadfast champion of American entrepreneurship. James’ spirit, generosity, and commitment to our ecosystem inspired countless founders and investors. I extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues as we honor his legacy.” 

James led a distinguished career in venture capital, founding Morgan Holland Ventures and One Liberty Ventures, where he helped shape the growth of countless entrepreneurs and companies.
