NVCA Statement on the Confirmation of Scott Kupor as OPM Director 

WASHINGTON, DC – National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) President and CEO Bobby Franklin issued the following statement after the U.S. Senate voted to confirm Scott Kupor, a longtime venture capital industry leader and former Chair of the NVCA Board, as Director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM):
