NVCA Boston Members Foreign Investment Briefing

The new foreign investment restrictions recently released by the Treasury Department (made under the authority of the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act) will have a significant impact on the venture ecosystem, particularly regarding foreign LPs and foreign co-investors.

NVCA understands the importance of these developments to the startup ecosystem and has organized a Boston members briefing to discuss its effect on the industry.

NVCA’s General Counsel Jeff Farrah and WSGR Partner Stephen Heifetz will lead a discussion on significant changes to foreign investment law that will impact VCs with foreign LPs and/or foreign co-investors and startups accepting foreign capital and take questions from members in attendance.
