COVID-19 has caused a lot of uncertainty in the M&A world. Every industry has been impacted and getting deals over the finish line has become increasingly difficult—particularly when information and circumstances are changing as rapidly as they are today. Throughout the course of the year, SRS Acquiom has been collecting data and observations around the issues that deal makers are grappling with during these challenging times. This program will include a discussion of deal terms and trends that existed prior to the pandemic, a review of what has (and hasn’t) changed over the last six months and examples of the hot topics that deal parties are dealing with both in negotiations and after a deal closes.
