A bipartisan coalition in Congress introduced legislation to amend CFIUS, the U.S. government committee that reviews foreign investments for national security implications. The legislation would increase significantly the likelihood of lengthy CFIUS reviews when VCs (and others) make investments in US technology companies using money from foreign individuals and businesses. During this webinar, we explore many of hte key issues and potential problems entailed in the legislation.
