The NVCA's mission is to foster a greater understanding of the importance of venture capital to the U.S. economy, and support entrepreneurial activity and innovation. The NVCA represents the public policy interests of the venture capital community, strives to maintain high professional standards, provides reliable industry data, sponsors professional development, and facilitates interaction among its members.
The Association does not engage in any activity related to industry deal flow. We do not review business plans or provide investor recommendations. However, the following resources may be of interest to entrepreneurs:
NVCA Membership Directory Each year, the NVCA produces a Directory that includes listings of the venture capital firms that are members of the Association (estimated at representing about 90% of all venture capital under management in the U.S.). Firm listings include firm name, addresses, telephone, fax, website, list of investment professionals and their email addresses, capital under management, total invested over last 12 months, investment preferences in regards to geography, industry, and investment stage.
